SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of SMS Service
   Our SMS service is exclusively used to receive One-Time Passwords (OTPs) from our banking partners, as well as approved applications and vendors. This service is implemented strictly for authentication and security purposes. Baird Macgregor does not collect nor share any information sent through SMS with third parties.
2. No Customer Communication
   We do not use SMS to communicate with customers for marketing, promotional, or informational purpose
3. Data Privacy
   We do not collect mobile numbers for marketing or promotional activities. Any mobile number used for OTP delivery is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and solely for the purpose of secure transactions. 4. Security
   The SMS service is intended to enhance security by facilitating OTP-based authentication. Our organization’s users are responsible for safeguarding their devices and ensuring that OTPs are not shared with unauthorized parties.
5. Limitation of Use
   This service is restricted to approved banking partners, applications, and approved vendors. Any unauthorized use of the SMS service is prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary to comply with regulatory requirements or improve service security.
7. Rate Notice
   Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
8. Opt-Out
   Our organization does not collect mobile numbers for sending outgoing SMS messages, and we do not have an opt-in program in place. Therefore, an opt-out option is not applicable. If you have any questions or concerns, then please contact office (see Help & Support below).
